According to my
opinion second cup needs a lot of variations in their design and employees.
They even need to expand their brand in another country too. Have some promotions on instagram, another social media.
My IDEA is to create more comfortable sitting for customers
and some friendly behavior of employees. To attract more people nature of
employees matters a lot. Why this is my main objective?
Because target market for second cup is baby boomers or
couples or businessman’s, baby boomers and businessman needs more space and
comfortable seats. Businessmen are always busy and gets tired, having a cozy
atmosphere and comfortable seats with a nice cup of coffee will relax their
mind. And couches are always the best
place to sit and relax. Whereas couple needs some alone time to cherish their
love, a warm welcome would really give them pleasure with relaxing seats. This will achieve my goal of getting more
customers that leads to more profit with one time investment. With the change
of design many students will get attracted to this place because of a free wifi
and cozy atmosphere, this will give us an opportunity to expand in different
country because of our growth in profits.
I would like this sitting area but with second cup theme,
and different color couches with a vintage look. The pictures hanged will show the
memories of when the café was established and new pictures would be taken if
their names come on lucky draw. With this publicity people would always like to
come and add their names on the lucky draw list to have their photos pasted on
walls.
To launch this idea I would wait till winter end, because in
summers people are more outgoing and like to spend a lot of time in cafes with
their loved once. Many people have their summer break, so they might visit
often to the store.
My social strategy will be posting ads on Facebook,
instagram, twitter and YouTube. As these are the most famous sites and
everybody needs these social experiments in their lives for a motive, now even
studies needs social media to gather more information. I would give ads on
business pages on facebook and boost up my commercial on every facebook user ID
that searches coffee. This would help me getting more and more customers to
share the idea and spread awareness.
